Accommodation is booked separately to your race entry and you can choose it based on what suits you best.  The following options are available:

• KZN Wildlife:
  • All hutted accommodation at Mpila, as well as the bush lodges and Nselweni, are block booked by the event. Accommodation requests operate on a first come first serve basis by submitting an email to stu@impiconceptevents.com with detail of how many people you are looking or accommodation for, and whether you require a self-catering unit at Mpila, or at one of the bush lodges. This application process open only from 08h00 on 27th January after entries open.
• Camping:
  • A campsite is setup at the race village area where riders, supporters and their families can setup camp for the weekend with hot showers and ablutions. A unique, temporary campsite is setup inside the reserve at the race village for those who want to camp.   All campsites require campers to bring their own equipment.
  • All campsite bookings will be done via email and will be controlled by the iMfolozi Honorary Officers. Please note that camping trailer specific sites will ONLY be available to the FIRST 10 BOOKINGS, after which trailers/caravans will not be allowed. This is to ensure that we accommodate as many as we can on site.
  • Please note that campers will need to bring their own camping gear and tents.

• Other:
  • Should you wish to stay outside the reserve, you are welcome to and will be allowed access in and out each day to attend the event accordingly.
